A Little About Us!!
Rainee and Ro Romero are award-winning choreographers and professional dancers who have over 25 years of combined teaching experience in Latin Dance, Hip Hop, Performance, and Urban Kizomba. They teach master classes and choreograph competition numbers throughout the U.S. and have performed professionally for Disney, “Legends in Concert”, “The Wonderettes”, “The Dean Martin Variety Show”, and E'clatez Dance Company. The two own R&R Dance Studio and are Co-Founders of Evolution Dance Festival. In 2018 they expanded their company to include DJ Services which garnered rave reviews due to their affordability, likability, line dance knowledge, and being up-to-date on current trends. When they’re not dancing or entertaining, you can find them traveling or at home caring for their four children :)
Fun Facts:
#1 - Rainee is a native of Myrtle Beach... she went to all three Carolina Forest Public Schools and has a B.A. from Coastal Carolina University, so she knows the area like the back of her hand!
#2 - Ro spent part of his high school experience on tour dancing backup for Disney pop acts like Jesse McCartney, Aaron Carter, and Raven Symone.
#3 - Rainee has won multiple local "Dancing with the Stars" competitions dancing the Viennese Waltz.
#4 - Ro is a certified aerobics instructor and created the incredibly popular cardio class “Hip Hop Cardio” which was requested and taught in almost every gym in Myrtle Beach.
#5 - Rainee had a TV Show for 2 years called "Living Local Carolina” - her segment on News 13 (CBS) was a locals look at businesses, attractions, and people in our area.
#6 - Ro spent 3 years working/entertaining as a wedding DJ in his home state of Ohio before bringing his talents to Myrtle Beach
